 Kick Stands 
 In 2025, we're testing a few after-market kickstands to prevent the toppling bike problem. We did a try run test of 10 different kickstand styles during a summer 2025 work weekend to assess balance and ease-of-install ( example 1 , example 2 ). We narrowed it down to two models:

 We'll order 3 of each and let campers install them as they wish. If successful, we'll install them all during a 2026 work weekend.
