 call for ideas - parties, gifts, interactivity  
 Party themes, schedules - how long is each event  
 DJ bookings - build grid based on schedules with assumptions eg 69 min slots, no b2bs etc 
 WWW submission - as early as possible like 12pm EST so it gets printed 
 community engagement  
 gifts - I am a fan of non-obvious, gently branded liquor
