Bar/ DJ Booth Meeting - 4/15/2025

• Design review
  • Initial review 
    • Wire shelving is likely not sturdy enough for the demands of a bar (people dancing on tables, heavy coolers). The wood top also is likely to warp/weather quickly. 
    • The steel table aesthetic was appreciated for its stability. Ideas included acrylic detailing on sides of table, stenciling on top, naming the bar. Other comments are included onthe miro board.
  • Next steps
    • Alex - working with John on acrylic design
    • Jeremy - will think through structure design, order sample of corrugated material
    • John - coordinate with Alex (on acrylic design templates/possibilities) and Jeremy (testing construction, lighting/application
• Timelines / Logistics
  • Where/when/who is doing what:
    • This could be good project to complete in SF, given the availability of turtle truck for shipping and acrylic making.
    • Both Alex and Jeremy are going to build, and can test ideas there 
    • Schedule another meeting in 1-2 weeks to see where we are.
