3. Wiki. We have moved from Notion to BookStack.
   1. All you have to remember is wiki.futureturtles.com
   2. BookStack is free and open source.
   3. Limitation: multiple people cannot edit a single page at the same time.
   4. BookStack has better permissions architecture so we can give you accounts and keep things like bank account numbers private
   5. Don't use it for tabular stuff or databases (use Google Sheets and make a link from the wiki). Notion wasn't any good at that anyway.

Volunteer wanted to publish to Instagram (and any other socials that might arise) Camp Gift and Offering

We might be doing a little bit too much for the size of camp that we have! Can we focus more on one thing? If we cut it from 4 to 3 parties, which would you keep? Our public spaces include

Last year we didn't change too much--we mostly just pulled the old decor out of storage. Some of it was pretty rancid. This is a chance to spruce up everything

Refurbish the inside of the pillow fort Clean and restore all public interactivity gear, including audio gear, pillows and rugs, and more Note that another option is coming to build week in BRC (or food prep in Reno)

Last week we had about 6 people doing build and 3? 4? people doing food prep. We need more people or we can't build as much as we did. Membership

Start getting your friends involved now; they will have to do one of the work things to be included in camp Camp leadership - tons of opportunities to be in charge of something!

It is really helpful to know how many of our campers from 2023/2024 want to come back in 2025; a survey will go out soon. We'll also have a form right away for people who want to register interest so we don't lose track of anyone, but remember that new turtles need to participate and get sponsored, and can only be accepted on a space-available basis.
